This qualification has been developed by OCR to recognise the understanding of complex administrative tasks which are a feature of any modern office environment.  The syllabus covers a range of non-routine administrative activities which a secretary, PA or administrator would be expected to handle in a senior or supervisory role.  This qualification is ideal if you currently work in an office environment, want to bring your skills right up to date and gain a recognised qualification to prove it.


Upon successful completion of this course (including moderation by OCR) you will be awarded the OCR Level 3 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional).


All of the learning for this diploma can be done at home.  At the end of each module is an assessment which you need to complete in your workplace.  You will need a witness to confirm that the work is all your own.


The standard timetable for this course is 9 months but you have up to 12 months to complete it.  This allows for holidays (yours and The College's) and gives you greater flexibility.
