Our Office Manager Diploma course is designed for those who have been working as an Administrator and who are now looking to develop their career further to a role of responsibility in charge of an Administrative team.
Graduates would also benefit from studying this course and would complement many Degrees enabling them to start a rewarding career in the business world.
The course provides 2 Diplomas at Level 3 and one Diploma at Level 4.
Length of Course
The Course Programme is 15 months based on 5-8 hours study per week. However the course is open for 20 months providing you with longer access to the course so you have more flexibility in your studying. You also have the choice of completing the course as quickly as you wish including studying full time.
The whole course can be completed from home including the Assessments. There is no need to attend any exam centre or ourselves.

- Professional IT User Diploma (Level 3)
- Professional Administration Diploma (Level 3)
- Managerial Administration Diploma (Level 4)
The course is accredited by NCFE under our IIQ Licence with Certificates of Achievement issued by NCFE.
The topics covered in this section are all about helping you to cope with the demanding role of an Executive Assistant. They develop your ability to cope with professional working relationships, prioritising workloads, professional customer care skills, developing questioning and answering skills, communication skills, managing stress, networking, team leadership skills, using social media for business and being an effective member of a team.
Professional IT User Diploma – Level 3 (7 Modules)
This section of the course will develop your IT skills to an advanced level covering Microsoft Office. Programs include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Publisher. You will also develop your Internet research skills.
Professional Administration Diploma – Level 3 (10 Modules)
These modules will develop your knowhow in how to manage a range of administrative tasks required in a demanding EA role.
These include Managing Business Events, Business Trips, Business Meetings, Reviewing Office Procedures, Research and Report writing, HR Recruitment, Diary Management, Petty Cash Management, Business Organisations and composing a range of Complex Business Documents.
Managerial Administration Diploma – Level 4 (5 Modules)
Having developed your skills in the earlier part of the course you will now focus on developing your managerial skills to enable you to carry out more supervisory/managerial roles including Chairing a Meeting, delivering Presentations, Reviewing Staff Training, Managing your Team and observing Legislation, Health & Safety and Code of Conduct relevant to the office environment.

Teeline Shorthand Diploma
You will learn how to write Teeline shorthand and develop your reading and speed skills throughout the course sitting a range of speed exams as you progress. You will also learn how to prepare minutes of meetings from your shorthand notes.
Bookkeeping and Sage Certificate
This option covers bookkeeping and using Sage to record Accounts.
