HR Adviser and Business Analyst - Truro

Job Description: 

My client, a leader in its field, is looking for a Trainee HR Advisor and Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

   • You will support the existing HR team
   • Design and production of high quality documents and letters
   • Record, manage, store, analysis and report HR data
   • Production and detailed analysis of spreadsheets
   • Management of HR records
   • Coordination of the recruitment and selection process
   • Coordination of performance and reward processes
   • Evaluation of performance reviews
   • Support preparation, planning, running and evaluation of projects
   • Planning and organisation of training and development events
   • Development of high quality presentations
   • Coordination and production of newsletters
   • Recommendations on process and policy improvements
   • Champion HR processes
   • Facilitating of induction programmes
   • Any other administrative tasks as requested

The successful candidate will:

   • You will need to be numerate and commercially minded with a desire to become an HR professional
   • You will need your own car to be able to work in different locations
   • You will need to be mature and have the ability to work independently and balance sometimes conflicting priorities. Previous work experience preferable
